My 2000 Grd Marq with 150,000 has developed a bump, bump. Kind of like going over a rumble strip. it is not the transmission and the front end does not shake.
I experience it mostly accelerating uphill. It has become annoying.

 

change your pluggs, your having a misfire, if one of your plugs is heavily fouled change the coil pack too.
