hey 2 quick questions, don't know much about cars but was wondering if it's at all possible to change the color of the digital panel, like default is green, is it possible to make it red or blue or anything?

also on my 2000 grand marquis limited edition, the interior has a wood grain looking interior lining, is there anywhere that sells after market covers for that or should I just have my graphic design friends company wrap it? I really don't like the wood look so I'm trying to give it a black or carbon fiber look.

please no negative comments, I'm not asking for opinions on what I want to change, I was just looking for answers to my questions.
