I have a 2001 grand marquis gs and it has a fake dual set up. You know the 1 in 2 out flowmaster. It's all rusted and leaks bad at the muffler. I want to do dual the right way for performance. Woud it give me much of an improvment over what I have now. My cousin has a mandel bender and welder so we gonna do ourselfs and I want to have it exit before back tires. i gues what i asking is what i need to buy to do this? thanks

 

grand marquis 302s are a different 302 than whats in the mustang. they are not ment to have dual exhaust. you can put it on there. thats depends on how long you want the motor to run for. and its not a good idea to have side exhaust because it scrapes on the ground when you go over a bumb. i used to have it on mine it sucks.
