I was wondering at what speed does a Grand Marquis change gears at normal acceleration and at racing? I have a 94 MGM with a K&N air filter, single glasspack exhaust, and BFgoodrich g-force sport tires on American Racing aluminum rims. being stock engine, i can say mine is basically set up the same. mine has a CAI but no headers or modified exhaust. mine at wot shifts from 2nd to drive/3rd around 65mph. i dont know if this helps since i have an older Grand Marq with a SEFI 5.0... mine also has a 3.27 rear gear trac-lok in it also.Edited by: 87_Crown_Vic
