how can I access my diagnostic codes,make flashing lights on dash ,and then a way to decode information??have intermitent problem withy car and a light flashes at this time

 

Most of the major auto parts suppliers, e.g., Autozone, Advance, etc.., will read out the stored codes for you gratis . . . no charge.

They will use a proper diagnostic tool to do the job but, again, the service is free to you.
