It is sometimes better not to get an answer (if the fact is unknown) than a wrong one, and you incurring expenses for something that does not work.

However, easiest way to get an basic idea is to go to your local auto parts store. Have them put the headlights next to each other on the counter, and look at them. You should be able to see any obvious differences (if there are any), like the main mounts or the shape toward any trim, turn signal and grill.

I was told that the part number for the header panel (which is housing the headlights) would be the same. But then again, I am unable to verify that.

Greetings!

Just a lost soul who thinks he has something special, doesn't even know how to post correctly, and I bet his website is like that too.

So the local parts place didn't have the Marauder headlights, I assume, right? Which is understandable, since they are not that common.

If you go to the dealership, well, they should be able to even tell you if the lights fit or not. Maybe not the parts guy, but one of the mechanics.

When I ask at my dealer, they always call one guy who's "specialty" are MGM's. Meaning that this person is working on them a lot. Experience, you know.

Another thing you could check out: Go to cardomain and look up the MGM's of the same facelift as yours, and see if someone has done it. If so, ask them.

the bumpers on the 03+ models are different than the 98-02. Could make a difference as far as whether your headlights will fit correctly or not.

You're front fenders are different on the 03+ models so your side markers won't fit evenly with your 98-02 model MGM. Search the part numbers for 98-02 and 03+ MGM, Crown Vic or Marauder's and get the part numbers.

Good luck on the change out...

these headlights fit the 03-04 Grand Marquis from the Marauder, kinda looking at putting these on my Grand Marquis, plus the Grille too.
