Unhappy Pulls to the right in the rain

Recently my 2000 MGM has developed a problem of pulling to the right, while braking in the rain. This problem does not occur in dry road conditions, and doesn’t seem to occur each time I brake while driving in the rain.

I’ve done some reading on various other forums, and it appears that this is a common problem, but no one ever posts what the actual solution turns out to be. I’m assuming that one of the dual cylinders in the left front caliper is sticking, and this problem is more noticeable in the rain, than it is in dry conditions.

Will greatly appreciate any advice on this topic.
