Is it possible to use my old spare off of 1900 grand marq on a 2002 grand marq? I know they are different size (15" versus 16") but will the wheel fit? Sure would beat the toy spare tire on a road trip I''m planning.

Thanks

get a ruler/tape measure and check the lug spacing (center to center). if it matches and the total tire diameter is the same, then sure. if not, time to hit up a junk yard for a full size wheel and go get a tire put on it.

or you could always just try putting it on the car and see how it looks/fits.

btw... I''m assuming you meant to say 1990?

for future refernce... panther platform 5 lug are all the same... you can go newer car to older after a few mods to space the newer style wheel out...

15 inch wheels WILL NOT work on newer panther platform due to caliper clearance issue. 15 inch wheels will bolt since it has same pattern but the wheel does not give room for the caliper.

mustang 5 lug and panther platform wheel pattern is 5 lug by 4.5 inches.
