SRS Air Bag Light stays on
I have an appointment at the Ford Dealership to do a ODB2 scan. I've tried AutoZone and other car parts stores and they didn't have an ODB2 Scanner that can scan for SRS Air Bag Codes. I'm trying to see if it just needs to be cleared or if there is actually an issue.
I've unhooked the battery for an hour and bled the circuit, hoping to clear the light but no joy. Does anyone here know of another way to clear the code? I realize it could be an actual issue, but if the code just needs to be cleared, that will save me the bench fee at the Ford dealership. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

A reset is most likely not to fix the problem as there's likely a hard fault. You would need the trouble code to get into the right direction.
If you plan to do any work on the vehicle or keep it, and with Ford dealer rates, and dealerships not liking to work on older stuff, I would suggest you get yourself an OBD 2 reader adapter (about $130) and download the free Forscan program. Forscan is used in the DYI community to read and program Fords. What it can and can't do depends on each year and model, but I know it can read my SRS module on my 1994 Ford.

Since I recently had a sound system installed and the issue presented itself afterward. I located the safing sensor and noticed the sensor was not attached to the chassis. The bolt was present so I reconnected it to the grounding plane of the chassis and that reattached the ground in the circuit and thus fixed the issue! Air Bag light is no longer on! Problem solved!
