Is there a module - power locks?
1992 Mercury Grand Marquis
Door Keyless Entry
Issue with power locks.
The power locks do go UP by pressing button on either side.
The power windows do not go DOWN by pressing button on either side. Have to manually push each door lock down.
Both door switches have been checked with no issues found.
Is there a module or switch or relay someplace? I did hear a tone or sound when pressing the up button - found behind and above the glove box. Is there some sort of module or relay there?
Anyone have any knowledge or resources to find how these power locks work? Wiring diagrams and part numbers?
