I don't think there is any adjustment on the throttle sensor.. I would clean the throttle plate first and make sure it opens and closes freely.. if that is your problem.... I am not sure if this helps I need more input...

Replaced old one cause the check engine light came on with that code. Drove around a bit and same code came back with new sensor.

Non-adjustable,
Linkage binding or sticking?, free movement of throttle plate, returns to closed throttle?
TPS properly tightened down?
Check both sides of the plug for damaged/loose pins, pushed out pins/connections?
Check that you have voltage between VREF and SIG RTN at the TP harness connector?

I checked all the voltages and they were good. Do I got another sensor and now it works fine no light no sputtering. Gues it was just a defective sensor. Thank you everybody for your help.
