I’m thinking about swapping out my analog control cluster for a digital control cluster my grand Marquis is a 97 is that even possible?

 

I never tried to swap the guage cluster, but I have removed mine for cleaning. Removal not difficult, but you'll need a special tool to remove the screws.
If you ALREADY HAVE A NEW CLUSTER, I would try the swap.
