window problem

window problem
the windows on my 98 grand marquis won't go up and down. the motor still works and everything. i'm pretty sure the problem is because the cable connecting to the top of the motor to the top of the rail is disconnected.
the white plastic piece at the end of the cable is still intact, i just don't know where to connect it
