I have had my mercury months now and just put it in for a 5K oil change and checkup. I have made quite a few modifications to the vehicle. I gutted it and installed new amps and sub woofer system. Now I want to move onto more ambitious projects and next weekend I will install a mercury cold air intake which promises a boost in performance and makes the engine roar a bit more.

Anyone have experience on this? I wanna know some more helpful pointers and tips on this project.
