Hi

I have a 2008 Milan and when we unlock the trunk it does not pop up.

We have to lift it up.

Is this normal???

Don't know about this particular Milan model, but most models you have to.

On the Sable, the lid used to pop up automatically when it was new, now after about 3 years, it doesn't do that anymore. On the MGM, it come open slowly in the winter time, not at all in the summer (don't ask, I don't know why either, physics seem to be reversed).

I can see that, except for motorized operated lids (which will stop in an event of being blocked), that the lid is not suppose to do that, even though it is very helpful.

I can see lots of lawsuits there.

Greetings!
