I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan, but if I were to buy another minivan it would be a Monterey. When Mercury was having their ride-and-drive at the Home Depot, I test drove one and was impressed with the quality build and spaciousness. I would like to see more of these minivans sold. So please help out the good folks at the Oakville Ontario plant and add a Monterey to your collection.

I Don't, and no I do not. I work at a Lincoln Mercury dealership in Massachusetts, and so I have had lots of experiences with all of their products. Their excellent minivans needed to be mentioned. I could also say the same for the people who make the fine Lincoln Cars at the Wixom Assembly Plant in Michigan.

Though, in my opinion, the Monterey was one of the bes values on the mini van market, it will no longer be produced. There will be a limited supply of 2007 models. So, if you like the van that much I would consider trading that dodge in ASAP. Of course, I hate to leave a segment of the market, but lets face it, the minivan market is dying. I think it is a good move. I guess if you can't stop the bleeding, you should sever the limb.
