maybe Some Knows this problem,

I got a 97 Mountaineer and the Gear Needle the orange thing PRND12

Well when the needle goses on N The car gose in reverse and than when its in D it Netural and when its in 2nd its in Drive and ect..

UNCER THE DASH THERE IS A PLASTIC WHEEL (IF YOU fOLLOW THE STEERING COLUMN) UP TOWARD THE TOP YOU CAN ADJUST THE WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT AND THAT SHOULD ALIGN THE SHIFT INDICATOR NEEDLE.
