Like to help ya, Bill, but have no clue as to what "RSC" means.
Please state Year, Make, and Model -- that may help.
Also - What problems were you having BEFORE the car was taken to the garage for "repairs" ?

RSC is Roll Stability Control
Car is 2008 Mercury Mountaineer
Car just stopped and garage said fuel problem then still didn't run so garage replaced computer and immobiliser
Now have RSC warning light on every few minutes

Sounds to me like you need a second opinion -- like a DEALER, who has the right diagnostic equipment and properly-trained mechanics to diagnose and repair your problem.
Unfortunately, their knowledge costs BIG MONEY, but you save in the long run by having the problem corrected.
It appears that the "garage" doesn't know s**t from Shinola !!

Does the abs light come on to as well as check brakes light? Since they removed the fuel tank those harnesses that go to the rear wheels speed sensor are in that area and they might have damaged the harness or unplugged it.
