you'll at least need the lug wrench that fits into the crank to let the spare down.
Depending on just how that crank is made, you might be able to use a 3/8 drive extension (that about the size of the crank on the 2006 f150 I fleased) but it may need to be about 2-3 feet long depending on how deep your crank connection is.
