Default Spare Tire

2000 Mercury Mountaineer

Do not have jack system to get sparetire down. Is there another way to get it without cutting the wire or buying a new jack system.

pretty much... no.

you'll at least need the lug wrench that fits into the crank to let the spare down.

Depending on just how that crank is made, you might be able to use a 3/8 drive extension (that about the size of the crank on the 2006 f150 I fleased) but it may need to be about 2-3 feet long depending on how deep your crank connection is.
