i have a 1998 mercury mystique gs with 4 cylinder 2.0 liter automatic with 148,000 miles. i just put in a new a/c compressor. i notice that when i start up my car and turn on the car the a/c blower motor fuse blows when the car revs up. i also notice that some of the wire to the fan were exsposed and there was a burnt wire so i had replaced the burnt wire and put tape on the wires to keep them from touching. what could it be?
