I have been having this problem where I can't put more than $15.00 in gas in my tank. I have tried going to different gas stations and that didn't work. What happens is the pump will click off like my tank is full but I know for sure that it is not. Anyone else have this problem?

have you ever pulled the nozzle out a lil bit when filling it? sometimes it backs up into the filler neck and stops the pump. it happens with my car and if you back the nozzle out of the filler neck so it isnt in so far it is fine.

I found on another site that this is a common problem. What happens is some flap inside the gas tank gets stuck and the only way to fill up my car completely is by turning the gas nozzle upside down and for some reason that corrects the problem and I can fill my tank up. It looksweird but it works. </TD></TR></T></TABLE></TD></TR></T></TABLE>Edited by: dc3886
