99 Mystique. Can plug phone charger into lighter socket, once. Next usage will burn 15 amp fuse. Replace fuse will work, once, then fuse blows. I can see some corrosion near center contact at bottom of lighter socket. Replacement is ~$10 online. How do I remove the corroded lighter socket.
