Smile Hello folks

My wife and I are now fully retired and can finally formulate our plans to do some traveling. I was very lucky to pick up up a gorgeous '98 Grand Marquis recently which will be much better suited for towing a camper trailer than the '91 Cadillac Fleetwood Coupe I've owned for 6 years. The Caddy has only 59,500 miles on the clock and is a very classy ride but my new Merc is more enjoyable to drive than the Caddy. I haven't owned a Mercury since 1978 when I tooled around the NYC area in a '78 Marquis Brougham. My "new" '98 is in amazing condition considering the car sat outside for over 10 years and was rarely driven. There are only 48K miles on the odometer and other than a few, small "beauty marks", looks like it just came off the showroom floor! I made very good use of the "Cadillac Owners" website over the years and now I will look forward to joining the Mercury crowd here.
