Ok so I''m looking up pricing for fuel pump for my ''00 Sable premium. A car that I''m trying to love but when i try, something goes wrong) and i find this website called Mercury Forum. I''ve found that I''m not alone in my quest to find peace within.Something to soften the blow that not only am I unemployed, my Sable isnt going to take me anywhere. So here I sit.. Waiting for my unemployment check to come in the mail on Dec 23rd and no mechanic until Dec 26th who will most likely quote me a price on the repair that will be higher or the same as the note payment...decisions...decisions....

 

Is the fuel pump not pumping? Sure it''s not just a clogged filter? Filter is a LOT cheaper, though not always easier to replace.
