I'm inheriting a top of the line (completly stock though, sick sound system though) 2000 Mercury Mountaineer. Driving the car the suspension and ride seems crazy stiff for a luxury SUV. But I learned to drive on a Mustang so I like the handleing. I used to drive a Chevy Express 1500 van (yes the ones like the construction workers drive)with the massive V8 in it. So afterthe both horsepower/torque monsterthatChevys are, driving the V8 MountaineerI feel little thrill even at full throttle. I was wondering if anyone knew anyways to get alot more power cheap. If I 5.0L FordRacing crate motor does anyone know if they go in easy if I pay someone to do it for me? Basically I just want more power with reliability. If you have any ideas please tell me.
