I have a 1968 Mercury Cougar Base Model and the headlights won't turn on. I don't know much about cars in general and am still learning. I've been told it's either a fuse or a wiring harness. The headlights won't flip up or turn on. All the other lights work. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to how I might go about fixing this?

 

I think its the wiring problem.Just check the wiring of the lights.This is an easy fix.you can do it yourself.
