Hi my name is Kris and i recently purchased a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis LS from my neighbors who are little old women and have literally driven the car to nowhere but church and doctor since 1994. It has 137000 miles on odometer and burns a little oil when sitting at idle for a few minutes. The major problem i am having is when i drive somewhere and turn the car off and let it sit for about an hour the car will turn over and turn over and turn over but will not catch up and crank. It did it last night when i took my son to soccer game about 6 pm and then wouldnt start, i went back today and tried to start it and it fired right up, soon as i got home i tried again and again and it still cranked but about an hour later went back out and all it would do is turn over. Please somebody help me i have three kids and a sick wife and this is our only car.
