Good evening folks, or morning, or afternoon which ever applies! My names Steve, I own a 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. Ive owned it for a few years now and enjoy every minute I drive it! Its a fairly rare car over here in not so sunny england, which makes it even better to drive! Ive mainly joined up because I cant really find any Mercury based forums, or even a decent american car forum to get vital mehanical information from.

Im a truck mechanic by trade and tend to do most work myself. The main things with my car have been keeping it serviced and maintained. Only ever had trouble with the starter solenoid after a few flat batteries, other than that she starts first time every time! Today, ive done an auto gearbox service... to which the parts were easily sourced from a UK supplier and dirt cheep!
