Default Probably an old problem

Brand new to this forum, but I bet I'm among friends. I've got a '91 Grand Marquis that has started fouling out the #8 spark plug with wet oil after only about 60 miles. I've changed the valve stem seals, intake manifold gaskets, pvc and breather, wires, plugs, etc. When it runs great, it gets 28 hwy mpg. Just put Risoline Compression into the oil (10w30) and it seems to have all but stopped the fouling, but that's only been about 50 miles --- too early to tell. Car's got about 145,000 miles. It has been maintained regularly - oil changed, coolant checked, etc. Any ideas? Help? Thanks!

I'm taking it in to a local (and very reputable) shop to get their opinion....I'll dry my eyes after they give me their assessment. Thanks!!
