There is no need for any posting of that kind of information.
If someone wants to be contacted this way, they will include it in their profile.
Most prefer not to have it displayed, as very often annoying messages come through. Establishing contacts this way is most often done individually.

If someone decides to post this kind of information, they are free to do so.
However, posts are being accessible even w/o being a member, so any search engine will pick up this information. Companies and People thenvery often use it to send ads or spam.
Therefor it would be advisable not to post them in a public area. Even if the forum had a private section, spammers can still register as members and misuse this information.
It can be filtered to a certain degree with email, unfortunately, with Instant Messengers, it's not that efficient yet.
