When I needed to find the code to use my keypad I got it off the engine computer in the firewall. I think Lincolns have it on the trunk hinge.

 

If the car has its original key code sticker still on the computer .... it is located on the right side of onboard computer where the steering wheel colum meets the firewall under the dash .... take a flashlight to see it better..... in my case the sticker was removed by original owner (bought it used), but if you go in to a Ford dealer they can reteive it out with thier garage computer for about $75 dollars .... what it cost me to do ..... and you also can change that code, once you do get the key pad code from the last owner or original factory code ... hope it helps you out, nice feature to have !!!

it took a couple of tries butI found it. There are alot of #'s under there. All I can say is there are two boxes together hanging and the code was on the back side of the one to the right. Toward the center console to make it hard to see. Thanks again.
