Have 1993 Sable wagon and the brake lights nor turn signals work.


I have checked fuse and bulbs. I have replaced brake switch.


tail lights work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

You could have a bad multifunction switch which is your turnsignal swtich arm wiper assembly. However that is going to be a little bit of an expensive guess unless you can get one form a junk yard. You could also have a bad headlamp switch but if i was going to pick one of the 2 i would say multifunction. Edited by: MercAdvisor

 

I just realized that cruise control no longer works either.

 

did you check the fuses under the hood and the ones inside the car ?

 

turn signal switch shorted...
