How to change plugs on 02 sable 3.8L??

Hi Folks. I have a 02 Sable w/ 3.8L engine with about 53K miles on it. I would like to change the plugs and wires. The front 3 plugs are easy to get to. Whats the best way to get to the rear 3 plugs to change them. Anybody have any instructions for doing this? Also what plugs do you recommend and can I get new wires from the aftermarket world?
