Weird Wiper problem

Wipers only work after activating the right turn signal, and cutting wipers on. I checked all fuses and they are fine. Removed the fuse under the dash (blue 3 prong box,) and it looks fine but I think this is the issue.

your wipers and related items are probably fine.the arm that controls the wipers also controls the signals, and that is alot of usage on one arm. I think the mechanisms inside the arm are succumbing to wear and tear. Ibelieve arm replacement would fix your problem.

thanks. I was leaning towards the multifunction switch, because I thought there may be a short.
