I have a 94 sable with the AXOD-E


when i stop the car at a stop sign


the trany doesn't reengage until i


tap the gas then it clunks in gear


any ideas? Is there a TB on this.


or no one ever heard of this.


on a GM forum they say its a apply


piston what ever that means.

Cant say I've heard of the problem I'll ask one of the guys at work and see if they know anything.

This maybe hopeful thinking but, my old couger had a tranny leak and when it got low it would do just that

I didnt think about that. It is a good possiblity and the tech at work said the same thing.

well no leaks level is fine thinking its the Low and Intermediate Servo.


any ides about how to change this do i have to remove the trany


your help with this is most appreciated MercAdvisor!

WellI gave up Taken it to AAMCO Transmissions


they told me Mon or Tue I should find out what the


problem was by then I hope.

I bet they say 'you just needed a rebuilt transmission that will be $3,000' [img]smileys/smiley7.gif[/img]
