93 Tracer fuel cut off switch

My son's Tracer will not start the fuel cut outlight is on. I need a clue where to start.

I will answer the question myself. Open the trunk and there is an access hole in the fender well that is marked fuel cut out switch.

Push the reset button and wa-la the car starts right up.
