Question 96 tracer wont start. (PLEASE HELP)

I have a 96 tracer and it won't start. It ran fine, but one day it just wouldn't start. I can't hear the fuel pump run at all. I replaced the pump under warranty, but still nothing. Fuel relay, fuse and filter were replaced. I checked spark and that is o.k. Fuel safety switch in trunk is o.k. There is fuel in the rail, but I'm thinking it won't fire up because there isn't enough pressure. Any Idea's????

I found the problem, thanks for your help. The inertia switch was engaged as it is suppose to be, but the wheel well below it was rusted out. Water got in it and the wires corroded. I jumped the switch and it fired right up.
