I cannot get the problem codes if any on my 94 Villager. I am using the jumper wire method at the diagnostic connector in the engine compartment. Disconncecting the connector, turning on key seitch, using jumper wire connecting appropriate terminals for 2 seconds, reconnecting diagnostic conncector. I DO NOT GET ANY CODES AT ALL NOT EVEN THE CODE FOR ALL IS OK. (I have checked for power at all 3 wires, the blue wire(one on the female connector that is a terminal to jump too seems not to have power. But does at the male conncector.) Could this be a relay switch problem or a ECM problem??


Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
