Default Timer Module - The Part That Doesnt exist?

So my timer module on my 96 Villager went bad and started drawing the battery. I took it to a local mechanic and he removed the timer module and all was fixed. The problem is, me nor the mechanics in town cant locate a replacement part. Ive called the local Mercury dealership and they said it isnt made or sold anymore. Any help here is apprciated.

your best bet would probably be a pick-a-part (salvage yard) then.

Hey,was checking out the forum and noticed this post.
Just joined, but I just had a 1995 villager dropped off (bad engine).
If your interested in any parts pm/email me.
I'm not a salvage yard or a business,just a Ford tech.
I've got references from online sales (currently parting a mclaren turbo car and some other stuff on different forums i'm on).

Anyway,if I can be of help let me know.
