I have 1998 villager, took it in to get new timing belt thermostat water pump so on and so forth. I got it back and power steering was out. I change it and when I turn it fully to either side it still squeals. I have a new serpentine belt new power steering pump, hoses are good, fluid levels are appropriate. What is wrong with it?

 

Sounds like the belt is loose. If you have a spring loaded tensioner, it may be bad and needs to be replaced. Or maybe the wrong belt and is too long.
