My 1992 Capri is leaking oil out of the lower timing belt cover at an extremely fast rate. The cover is warped and I am trying to find a new one. My first question is: Is the timing belt area supposed to have oil in it? Has anyone experienced a similar problem or any other ideas as to what it could be? Also is there a downloadablerepair manual out there for it?
