You probably need a thermal fan switch. Tells the fan to go on and off at certain temps. If not, it may be the coolant temp sensor. Or you could always run a straight wire from the fan to the interior and use a toggle switch and turn it on and off as you wish. Did you put power to the fan motor to make sure it is working? Let me know.
