Hello everyone, I just recently traded my 97 Eagle Talon Esi for a 91 Mercury capri xr2 turbo 5 speed. It has one problem or maybe a few problems. It's biggest problem is it doesn't start. I've tried starting fluid it still doesn't want to start. The previous owner said it will run when it want's to. Right now I don't believe it's getting spark. I'm not 100% sure that its not getting spark yet but it wont start off starting fluid so thats what I believe.

I'm going to check for spark. I know the fuel pump isn't kicking on so maybe fuel pump relay. or fuel pump it self. Anyone got a idea will be really apreciated.

 

red button in the trunk try pushing it its a factory fuel pump reset and might fix it if not you might have some vacuum line crossed that would do it as well
