Have a 74 Capri that I absolutely love, it was my 1st car, and I'm thrilled to have one again!
I would like to modify the vehicle to the performance level that it was designed to perform at... without changing the outward appearance. To that end, I'm wondering what engine/tranny combination will fit the 74 capri, are there any newer engines that would? (thinking the smaller 4 cyl. turbo) Also wondering about the ford coyote motor and wondering about it and the extent of rework that would have to be done.
Any info and suggestions would be appreciated!
