Electric Cooling Fan

I have a 97 XR7 w/ 4.6 It has a two speed fan. The fan only works when the A/C is on. I've changed the Temp sensor and the CCRM. I started tracing wires yesterday, and discovered the Temp sensor isn't getting any power to it. Does anyone know where the hot wire comes from? I've been working on this for months.
