04 shifting in and out of overdrive

04 shifting in and out of overdrive
I am having an issue with with my 04 shifting in and out of overdrive. Around 60-65 mph and 2k rpm my suv keeps shifting in and out of overdrive. Any one else have this issue? Do you know what needs to be done to fix it and what should I expect to pay?
