Think I found it.WHen I replaced the boots and springs I cleaned areas around plug holes and apparrently got some alchohol down in the plug holes. This was causing it to miss.

Blew out the holes and reinstalled coils. Now seems to run fine.

Will let you know in a few days of cold weather starting.

Thanks guys.

Confusion. Boots and springs? Doesn''t alcohol evaporate? I don''t see the connection even if you used alcohol where I think you did.

Apparently the boots seal too good on top.Does not allow evaporation.

Seems to run fine now. They must be really sensitive to moisture.

Will let you know if it starts acting up again.

Thanks

Taking in to the shop today to see if they can figure it out.
Will let you know what they find.

Shop thought it was a vacuum leak on the intake manifold.Told him to replace intake manifold seeing as they have had problems with coolant leaks on these anyway.
$750 later.
Hope to drive it for a long time so I guess I don''t feel too bad. It''s a great car otherwise.

GOt the car back today and he said it was a definate leak in the intake manifold gasket.
Had him replace the manifold seeing as the gaskets are molded into the intake anyway.
This will save having to replace manifold due to the crack they can develop anyway.
Apparently it was leaking around cyl 2 which was causing problems with the injector.
After it warmed up it would seal up and run fine.
Mystery solved.
