Thanks for the help guys,
Went 1 step farther this weekend and sold my wifes GM and bought a 2003 Lincoln Town Car Cartier with only 43,000 miles. This thing is loaded.
What a marvelous piece of work.
The Mercs are nice, but the lincoln is awesome.
Course,this was a 50,000 car new 5 years ago.
Have a happy new year.
Murph

Wow, fix it then buy a Townie. Happy New year to you. I bet it is nice, they only come fully loaded. You know, 1.Crown Vic, 2.Grand Marq, 3.Townie. Gas mileage worsens as you upgrade though. Good luck Murph.

Actually, the mileage seems to be in the 20''s just like the GM.
Heavier car too.Maybe it has something to do with the dual exhaust.
The cartier does everything but pick your nose for you while you drive.
Gonna be hard to keep this one in the garage.
Take care.
