Default Mercury 2000 Villager Issues

Michigan resident here, I have a few issues with the Mercury 2000 Villager, hoping someone here can help.

Firstly, the heat does not work in the rear of the van:
Fan blows, no warm air.

Secondly, the AC cooling doesn't work in front or rear.

Thirdly (and most annoyingly because I just picked up a Jamba2), the radio has a steady clicking noise that increases in frequency with an rpm increase. I have already replaced the speakers and cd player.
(I suspected a grounding issue with the battery, and hooked a jumper up to the negative pole and the chassis as a test, but the issue was not resolved).
This issue is only noticeable on am/fm radio, I do not hear it while playing cd's.

Fourth, the plastic handle on the passenger rear door has been broken due to excessive force while the door was frozen. I can't seem to find a replacement anywhere on the net.

Suggestions?

If you're unable to help, perhaps you can suggest a manual that I should get?

Default Update

The radio issue has been solved. It was a bad contact on a plug wire. Didn't even require replacement, just moved them all around a bit and the clicking noise associated with RPM vanished from my radio.

Also, I bought a Chilton's manual to assist with the other issues.

Advice on any of the other issues still appreciated.

Thank you!
