digital dash marquis. today I drove home from work 35 miles made one stop at 7 miles for gas next stop home I used a cigarette liter powered compressor to air up 2 very flat tires on another car i have. went 4 blocks to a friends house was there 15 mins went 4 blocks home grabbed something left went about 1 mile to a gas station was almost there the ac and radio went dead then came back on came out of station started the car it turned over real slow started on the way home no radio, ac, dashboard lights, turn signals. car was beeping 3 times over and over got home shut off car then tried to restart in my drive way nothing just a fast click like dead battery. checked battery with a volt meter it was dead there was some corrosion around the positive terminal cleand it off and put charger on it bout an hour ago.

what is the 3 beeps mean did a web search no luck.

Was it 3 beeps or 3 chimes?

 

not sure but had bad alternator
